If you are looking at the low end of the SSD markets go for these. I have seen these but haven't purchased or tested.
These use TLC - which is the cheapest to manufacture. (Hence the low cost)
But will have considerably less R/W cycles compared to MLC NAND. It's a consumer grade product.
Probably value for money.
