My personal advice is not to waste money on those international schools, I have met so many International school students as my working colleagues and most of them are just "පියරු බබාලා" One girl lives in Maharagama she doesn't know where kottawa is.(she was my batch-mate) One guy lives in Borella and he's just a "Mama's boy". And another guy has never used public transport before, he fell and got injured the first time he got into a bus.

They have severe issues with personality. They are not exposed to society as normal students. Your child might speak English before any other government school student but that doesn't guarantee your child's safe future. Check this drama to take some more advices.

It's based on family background. Most people need title "posh" acting like they don't know sinhala word. I have seen many sporty childrens in private schools. It's up to parents to guide the child in right direction. But I prefer government schools.
