First round selected . මුං කියනවා ඊලග රවුන්ඩ් එකට presentation එකක් හදන්නලු Marketing Strategy එකක් එක්ක . උං මට Product එකක් කිව්වා. ඒක Management එක ඉස්සරහ Present කරන්නලු ඒක බලල හොද නම් Select කරගන්නවලු . මට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නෙ මෙහෙම කියන එක කොච්චර එතිකල්ද ? උබලත් මෙහෙම දේවල් වලට මුහුණ දීල තියෙනවද ? මාව select නොව්නොත් යකෝ මගේ Ideas නිකං මං උන්ට දීල තියෙන්නේ ....මොකෝ උබල හිතන්නේ ?

you cannot implement anything without over viewing the accounts. this is something you have inform after joining, no company asking for presentation at the interview,

tell them i am not comfortable showing a presentation, if we want, we can discuss a another around of interview. After recruitment i will implement my ideas and put the sale mechanism in to work, it cannot show it by a presentation and without showing the current structure its hard to build any business strategy.

Not sure what the company is, but how are they going to gauge your creativity if you don't show it to them? Also presentations can bring out other qualities of a candidate which cannot be gauge using alternate tests. So best thing is to do this without over thinking.
