Vezel 2016 vs Sportage 2014

10m වගෙ තමයි budget එක. Vezel 2016 එකක් ද sportage 2013-2014 වගෙ ද හොද?

Vezel Dual clutch is a Ticking time bomb.. to repair or replace, cost will be higher than usual since spare prices has gone up. try to find a well maintained KIA. i would stay away from Diesel models.. but thats just me

repair karanna 60-90 wagę yanawalu but Althea Danna unoth 500k wage yanawalu. therumak na wage ne vezel eka.

@hrm would be he person to ask as he owns a Kia Sorento Diesel one (I think it's the same engine). for me, it's just personal.. never liked smaller diesels..

Those diesel engines are really good if maintained properly. No inherent manufacturing defects. Only thing is you have to find a one with agent maintenance and pumped with super diesel (very important). If fuel is not a concern, petrol is also a good choice. Less maintenance, quiet. Also less demand so cheap compared to the diesel.

It's a 2000cc turbo diesel unit (Sorento has 2200cc). I think diesel Sportage has more acceleration compared to the Sorento due to it's size.

If you are around Colombo, then most of the parts are available. Not as common as popular Japanese models obviously. Agents are there but expensive as expected. Few shops specialising Korean vehicles have parts. Used parts are also becoming common. There are some workshops run by ex KIA mechanics which is the best bet for repairs and parts.

I am around Colombo for now but I am moving to kandy after few months.

I need one more advice. I have noted that 2011 Sportage prices are around 8m and when it comes to 2013-2014 its around 10M. is it worth to pay 2m more for those years? since its just 2-3 years?

As I know there are some changes between those model years. Unlike some Japanese models, KIA facelifts have bigger differences in terms of options, engine improvements, even comfort/handling etc between model years. Check both types and decide. If I were you, will look for a well maintained 2011 and save that 2M.
