First of all, Legally this is impossible.


Currently, Banks are not even issuing dollars for students who are going to study abroad, and there is a very very long list. So, they will not even read your application if you mention "Sending money for Sister". You have only three options.


Option No. 1 - Contact any friends who are living abroad, who wish to send dollars here to SL. Pay them LKR and tell them to transfer money to your Sister's Canadian Account.

Option No. 2 - Elakiri. Yes, Most of the active members in Elakiri are freelancers. Ask them if they are willing to cash out. Meet in person and tell them to transfer via their wise accounts to your Sisters Canadian Account. Pay them their rates and transaction fees. Since your amount is very large, you would have to break into small transactions, cause most of them here will not be willing to cash out in large amounts.

I wouldn't recommend using payoneer, the chances of your account getting locked is very high.

Option No.3 - If you have contacts, It's very easy to find NRFC account holders who are willing to cash out. They will transfer the amount to your NRFC account. Then later you can make the transfer to Canada.
