there is no normal 'gihi life' and nirvana both. if you want to achieve nirvana you have to fully commit to it and leave your normal life behind and go in the ' aryashtangika margaya' with right bhawana kamatahan under an arihath bikkhu. they arent famous or does not have temples, have to search in aranyas. they dont come to us we have to search for them, if youre fully commited you can find one, they are enjoying the samadhi alone theyve achieved after so much of trying, making world a better place isnt a motive for them, world doesnt exist for them. but if you really have the courage and find one and ask for the path to nirvana they will guide you without any hesitation.

you have to break "patichcha samuppadha" from "avijja' to reach nirvana ( to be non existing after death), you cant do that by staying in home and doing mindfulness practises and meditation classes online,, ofc you can gain some peace to your life by that but your samsara isnt stopped.
