Aus CV eka daddi, Cove letter eka aniwa danna..
CV eka godakma short karanna epa.. same company eke different projects wala details pehediliwa, bullet pts walin detailed manner ekkata danna..
do not apply Same CV and cover for multiple jobs. Take your time and upadate the Cv and cover according to the JD.
put every important keywords in JD into the CV and cover coz sometimes they use a tool to shotrtlist CVs(some recruiters) which picked from that key words.
Do not include references in CV, instead of that mention "available upon request". then if its shortlisted they'll contact you for a references.
Thats it. other than that just a normal word format CV and do not include photos, birthdays/age, address or any personal infor other than email, mobile no and linkdein URL
Thats all comes to mind right now.
