Do you need to take Finasteride ?

Nope, only the pain killers for the first few days. I was quite ok during the procedure (other than the initial local Anaesthesia shots which were bit painful). I even drove home 5 hours next morning. But 2nd - 4th day period was bit hard, specially sleeping was hard, donor area was painful and recipient area was itching. Took some antihistamine medicine as well. face swelling was there till day 4 -5. Now after a couple of weeks I'm mostly ok. scabs are gone. recipient area is still numb (mostly). I don't know whether this will turn out great or just okay, but I've already made up my mind because I gave it a try.

Did it at Crown clinic Sydney. 3500 grafts, around 11,000 aud. Reddit comments were not that great for this clinic though. I went for this because I saw one guy posted a detailed thread about his procedure.
This is a bit expensive compared to Turkey, but I did not consider that option. One of my team mates from Latvia (working in Auckland office), is going to do this in Turkey, for him it is easier because he is anyway going home for annual leave. If I remember correctly it was like 3500 EUR for 4000 grafts.

Thinking of getting it done in Sri Lanka so I can always go and punch them if it goes wrong.
