මචං එලකිරි එකේ කම්කරු නීතිය ගැන දන්න කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා නම් මට මේක කියලා දෙන්න.

Shops and Office Act අනුව Annual හා Casual Leave කීයක් තියෙනවද?

Annual 14 + Casual 7 = 21 ද?
Annual + Casual = 14 ද?

මේක Shops and Office staff එකට අනිවාර්යෙන්ම ලැබිය යුතුද? තැනින් තැනට වෙනස් වෙනවද?

දන්න කෙනෙක් කීයල දෙනවද? පොඩ්ඩක් හදිස්සියි !!

machan as I know,
You have 14 annual leaves per year and 7 casual levaes. If you dnt have any casual leaves it should be 21 annual leaves.
This is according to the act. And on top of this you should be having 7 sick leaves also.

As per the Shop & Office Act there are 14 Annual Leave, but it depends by the date of appointment. No body entitle for annual leave for the service of joined year.

if somebody joined within 1st January to 31st March - 14 days entitle from next year of his service
if somebody joined within 1st April to 31st June - 10 days entitle from next year of his service
if somebody joined within 1st July to 30th September - 07 days entitle from next year of his service
if somebody joined within 1st October to 31st December - 04 days entitle from next year of his service

I'll give u a little hint..don't try to use your all the leaves at the end of the year.. first plan your annual leaves 14days ( you can break it in to 2: like 7days first time n another 7days after or take the full 14days at a stretch...)

Then in the mean time check the months when you don't get public holidays and take your leaves 1-2 on those months..
Of course you cannot explain when you need your sick leaves..but have to have a knowledge of using your leaves, not harming to your office as well as other colleagues..have a chart of your leaves...

If you put your whole leaves at the end of the year, then you might get bad moods from your boss and as well as from you HR division too..

So from next year.. be more specific n take your leave.. BUT in the meantime ...DO YOUR WORK WELL...

But tell me is that giving 21 days leave compulsory ? or they can give only 14 days instead of 21 ?
