You can go as any Professional provided your professional body in foreign country accepts your qualification. Most do but may require some additional exams if you are having only SL degree and local experience. So this depends on the country (or state ) rules. eg in SL no Medical Degree holder can practice unless pass Act16, same with lawyers if you have a UK Barrister only few (3?) subjects in Attorney's Final Exam, .....
So check your profession and whether it is accepted in the country of your choice. If not write to them in advance and ask for more information and sometimes they give exemptions on case by case basis.

Tax is 40% if your salary is high. There’s a tax bracket bro. Cost of living is not as high as USA. You can live with what you get. Good apples and bad apples you find everywhere not only in Canada but in generally it a beautiful country to live. What I believe is if you work hard no matter where you live then only God can bless you
