මේ තියෙ ප්‍රතිකාර ක්‍රමවේද සදහා දතක කොටසක් හෝ තිබිය යුතුයි. නමුත් ඉතිරි කොටස ඉතාම දුර්වල නම්, ඒ කියන්නේ දත ප්‍රති නිර්මාණය කළ පසු මුඛයෙන් සිදු කරන සාමාන්‍ය ක්‍රියාවලීන් වලදී ඇතිකරන පීඩනය දරාගත නොහැකි තත්ත්වයක දතේ ඉතිරි කොටස තිබේ නම් එය ඉවත් කරනවා හැර වෙන විකල්පයක් නැත.

this is a surgical method. we have to anesthetize your jaw bone to insert implant. therefore no pain at the surgery. post operative pain we have to manage. but NEVER FALL is a cock & bull story. if u don't brush ur teeth well, the implant will get peri-implantitis, like teeth get periodontitis & they have to shake & fall off.

It's not a big deal...!!! as u think macho. the real problem is expediture u hav to make for implants.
