Charity doesn't solve poverty.
Yet investing on streams of revenue creation, this can keep the poverty in control.

For example when you invest on creating a company, which produces goods or services and in return creates value, this value can then be distributed to those who take part in the entire value chain (employees, suppliers, distributors) in terms of cash or other benefit.
This is exactly what billionaires are doing. Dhammika Perera, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk you name it.

Charity works when you put money on something that can reduces cost to government or world organizations, which they can re-invest in public assets.
E.g. What bill gates did with Polio. Countries can then save money on health care expenses and then re-invest on creating more business opportunities.

It looks a simple elegant solution to give out money. But that doesn't help anyone.
