මෙම ඉඩම පර්. 10 කින් යුක්තය.එනමුත් මෙම නිවස පර්.8 කින් සමන්විත ඉඩමකටද භාවිතා කල හැකිය.

නිවස නිර්මානයේදී දායක වූ මූලික කරුනු…….
1.උපරිම පිරිවැය රු. ලක්ශ 60 ක් වීම.
2.වෙල් යායකට මායිම් වී රමනීය පරිසරයක පිහිටා තිබීම නිසා එයින් උපරිම ප්‍රයොජන ලබා ගැනීම සහ අතුලත මිදුල් අවශ්‍ය නොවීම.
3.කාමර 3කට සීමා වීම.
4.වහලවල් නොපෙන්වීම සහ පෙට්ටි හැඩැති නිවසක් වීම.

වෙල් යායකට මායිම් වී රමනීය පරිසරයක පිහිටා තිබීම නිසා නිවසේ ප්‍රදාන ස්ථාන වූ විසිත්ත කාමරය,කෑම කාමරය,ප්‍රදාන නිදන කාමරය එයට අනූරූප ලෙස ස්ථාන ගත කර ඇත.විශාල ජනේල මගින් පිටත පරිසරය නිවස තුලට ආරෝපනය කර ඇත.
ඉහත හේතුව නිසා පසු පස මිදුල, ඉදිරිපස මිදුල තරමට විශාලව භාවිතා කර ඇත.









පැන්ට්‍රිය පසෙකට කර එයටම විශේශිත වූ අවකාශයක් ලබා දී ඇත.ප්‍රදාන නිර්මානයට හානියක් නොවන පරිදි බිත්ති මගින් ආවරනය(වහලවල් නොමැති..) කර දොරවල් යොදා ඇත.ගරාජයද ස්ථාන ගත කර ඇත්තේ පැන්ට්‍රියට පහසුවෙන් ලගා වීම්ට හැකි වන පරිදිය.තවද මෙම අවකාශය තුල දර ලිපක්,මිරිස් ගලක් වැනි ලාංකික නිවසකට අවශ්‍ය ආම්පන්න තබා ගැනීමටද යොදා ගත හැකිය.

But I have a little concern about the shape. Most of the walls exposed to air. how are you going to protect the walls for sun light / rain / fungus spreading. my concern is you have to spend more money each year to keep exterior in order.

It’s not a big problem now a days. Because there are more chemicals and also the paints available in Sri Lanka market for this issue.
And other thing is this depends on the client’s needs. Please read at the beginning of this article.

No...I didn't design Pyramid House type plans...But I can design it if you want....
