Parkinson disesase usually presents with typical motor symptoms of bradykinasia and tremor. And it is a progressive motor disesase. But here he describes a intermittent sudden onset symptoms. I can't say for sure without seeing the patient and without proper history. But his description more suggestive of a seizures rather than a parkinson disease. That's why I asked who diagnosed it. If it is a consultant Neurologist, then no issues, he may diagnosed it after taking proper history and proper examination. Otherwise patient may need to see a Neurologist as only a Neurologist can start treatment for parkinson disease.

His description doesn't make any sense to me.... I assumed that the diagnosis & the treatment is by a consultant..
