පුටාර් සඳහා වන නීති මොනාද?

හරියන්නෑ බං තිබ්බ ලීටර් 8නුත් දැන් තියෙන්නේ 7ක් වගේ. හදිසියට හරේ මෙහේ යන්න උනා.
අප්පිරිය උනත් පුටාර් එකෙන් යන්න වෙනව.

මොනවද තියෙන නීති මේවට.

මාර්ග නීති අත අරපන්.
පුටාර් එකේ තියෙන්න ඕන කෑලි බෑලි තියෙනවද නීති අදාල වෙන.

උදා- පිටුපස reflectors අනිවාර්යෙන්ම තිබීම. වගේ....

01 ඉදිරි පසටත් reflectors තිබීම අනිවාර්යද?
02 ඉදිරි පස ලයිට්ස් තිබීම අනිවාර්යද?

Normal road laws also applicable to a bicycle.

Have to stop and let the passengers pass on the road crossing.

Have to stop at the color lights.

Cannot go when railway gate is closed.

Have a light at night. This one is the most important with Sri Lanka Police. Since these days they haven't much vehicles on the road they will definitely check the lights at night.

I don't know about fines. But when you ride at night without a light most of the time they take your bicycle to the police station and ask you to bring a light source and release it.

And other offences I heard they remove air from the bicycle and let you push it until refill.
