මචන් මාව දවස් 6 උඩදි වැටිල කකුල තුවාල වුනා. කකුල ඉදිමිලා තිබුනෙ. Doctor කෙනෙක් ගෙන් බෙහෙත් දැම්ම. Doctor අවුලක් නෑ කිව්ව. ඉදිමුන එකනන් දැන් 80% විතර අඩුවෙලා.

නමුත් තුවාලෙන් සැරින් සැරේ ලේ එනව. කකුල ඇදුම් කනව. මම මේක තව දවසක් දෙකක් බලල specialist කෙනෙක්ට පෙන්නන්න බැලුවෙ.මෙ තුවාලෙ ගැන උබල මොකද හිතන්නෙ? (මට ටිකක් Sugar තියෙනව. බෙහෙත් ගන්නව)

3 important points

If you fell during walking its very unlikely for you to get a fracture of any sort, but if you had fallen while running you might end up with one. Anyway you need an X-ray to confirm it. Ask your doctor. That's number 1

If you had just fallen while walking, most probably you are having a superficial wound (abrasion or a small laceration) without any fractures but without seeing ur wound I cannot exactly say. A good oral antibiotic with some painkillers will be enough, take it for at least 5 days since you are a Diabetic. That's number 2

Since you are a Diabetic, wound management is very important. Make sure ur fasting blood glucose level is well with in the normal range and continue taking ur oral diabetic drugs. B'coz in diabetics wound healing is delayed and infections can spread rapidly. Worst case scenario you might end up having cellulitis even worse an abcess (infection spreading under the skin, the leg will become red, painful, warm, swollen and difficult to move if its Cellulitis) That's number 3

I ur still having fever with severe pain there could be pus inside.
