There is a different among bullying ,ragging and getting some fun. it only becomes a bully when the person who is subjected to it doesn't like it in a strong way. if she agreed because of some external pressure then she can inform someone who she trusts well and seek help. I don't think it would be a wise decision to battle with these people, if this happened only once. if she is being bullied always and if she feels like it's unnecessary, unwanted and intrusive then of course she needs help. so it's depend on the background, the friendship level, how severe it's, whether she likes or not ,whether it's one time or constantly.
