better to go gampaha District Sectaries or kurunegala DS.within 2 hrs all jobs can complete including medical test also.yesterday i want there and took only 2hrs.no need to go werahera and nugegoda.National transport medical centers located all districts and probably it locate near to DS.no need to Colombo or ur district branch.u can access all regional centers.for more information contact 1919.they will provide the closest address too..
