it's not closing yet. there asking too much for the dead corpse from the beginning. That's one reason thing got delayed. Bell depended on Melsta Corp's money for many years and they were discussing this for many years nearly a decade or so. people say that the previous bell chairman Prasad samarasinghe (he moved to chairman post of Rupavahini corp few months ago) is the one who wanted to make fortune from the deal but that greed made people leave and drive company to worthless level. now dialog has taken their cdma phones market. as people say bell is still asking too much money for what's left.
What's going on is not closing. There trying to be sold. But the managements greed dragged bell to the lowest possible state. Dialog may buy there warehouses and towers eventually or declare bankruptcy.
