ඇයි මේ සුළු පිරිසක් නඩත්තු කරන්න මුළු රාජ්ය අදායම නාස්ති කරන්නේ. මුන් ගෙන් රටට කිසිම දායකත්වය ක් නෑ නේ. ගුරුවරු කියන එඋන් එහෙම ඉස්කෝලේ හරියට උගන්වන්නේ නෑ. ඉස්පිරිතාලේ බාගයක් ඉන්නේ පින් පඩි කාරයෝ අතිකාල හොරු. දොස්තරලා private බෙහෙත් දෙන අය. දැන් covid හින්ද සුව විරුවෝ කියලා පුක දෙනවා උන් බලන්නේ උන්ගේ කුට්ටිය විතරයි.
අදායපනය සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම පුත්ගලිකරණය කරන්න ඕනේ. දැන් කොහොමත් ට්යුෂෝන් දාලනේ ළමයිට උගන්වන්නේ. රජයට තියෙන්නේ ඒ සදහා උපරිම මිලක් දාල පාලනය කරන්න විතරයි.
සෞඛ්ය සදහා රක්ෂණ ක්රමයක් ගෙන්න ඕනේ. කිසිම දෙයක් නොමිලේ දෙන්න හොද නෑ.
රාජ්ය සේවකයෝ 80 %කපා හරින්න ඕනේ. පඩි අඩුකරලා දීමනා වලින් හරියන වැටුපක් දෙන්න ඕනේ.
හමුදාව 60%විසුරවා හරින්න ඕනේ. රටට ගැලපෙන හමුදවක් තිබුනානම් හොදටම ඇති.
විශ්රාම වැටුප් ගෙවීම නතර කරලා epf etf වගේ පඩියෙන් දායක වන අරමුදල ක් හදන්න ඕනේ. පාඩු ලබන ආයතනය විකුණලා දාන්න ඕනේ නෙත්නම් වහලා දාන්න ඕනේ.
රජයේ අමතන්යශ 10 කට විතර අඩු කරලා පින් පඩි කාරයෝ ගෙදර යවන්න ඕනේ. මුන්ගේ පඩි ගෙවන්න තමි සල්ලි ප්රින්ට් කර කර මේ රට මේ තරම් පහලට වෙටිලා තියෙන්නේ. මුන් මහා කාලකන්නි මුන්ගේ පින් පඩිය හින්ද තමයි උද්දමනය වැඩි වෙලා තියෙන්නේ.
First I am not a govt servant. But I do not condemn them. They do enormous workload .There are very bright lot in government service compared with private sector. We can see what private sector does when we go to do some work done. Most of them do not know even the basics!! I do not want to give examples as it may be bad to name these sectors or organizations.
Government sector has few attitude problems. They think that they are there as their right. This is typical mindset when you are in a big organization where 'entry' is difficult (eg. CB) and having a near monopoly in their field. Our public sector is over crowded in most places eg Schools , hospitals, courts etc.(you go and observe a sample eg how many patients are seen by one doctor in general hospital , how many cases dealt in one Magistrate's Court, etc)
We must have a system where these crowds can be diverted to some other (eg. most of the people who come to hospitals are not serious cases which can be treated by small medical centres , most of the cases in sri lanka are not worth determination of a judge as they are very small disputes and parties are paying and spending more in time and value wasting govt resources, . There is no one silver bullet that can be addressed in the manner suggested by writer. I agree that govt service is overcrowded but this is like one time we had more than 10 workers for a bus in CTB , yet you needed to recruit drivers for the buses!!
Government servants in hospitals and schools are going a much better work compared with much comfortable private sector. (eg. if a patient is serious most of the private hospitals rcommend taking to govt one as they know they will do better!!(this is not relating to pandemic). Most of the best Doctors, engineers still work for the govt and they give their best to govt. Private sector may have few individuals who had shown talent , but generally they are after profits and turnover at the expense of ethics and public good. CSR is normally to Annual Report not in genuine .
Even if all students go to same tution class their personality is made in schools . This is what matters not just learning books. In fact we are suffering from that kind of education and can clearly see from the behaviour of our law makers who claim they are 'educated' or 'professional'.No doubt some have even Phds but utter nonsense and always do wrong things !! and tries to hoodwink people through deception and false statments. (not necessary to name any person)
