anika dan wediya under value karannat baha. aniwa 5% ayin karanna, gaddi puluwan tharam adu karagena ganna balanna

Yes if entire economy collapsed it will be very hard to resell lands. Lands itself price also depends on the demand.
When people are struggling to cover their day to day expenses they will be likely sell their properties and migrate or even cover their expenses
So land / house prices could drop

Covid made is quicker. If you are in 20s try to find a job in other country
At least you will have a happy life when you are young and save up and travel the world

In SL, people waste their young life and the energy to achieve small goals like buying a 10 year old car
