Good information. I too bought one from UP and there was a marked difference with the one I bought from the dealer. This may be the reason

එක අදුරගන්න තව එක විදිහක් තියනවා. බලන්න ලැප් එකේ සිරියල් නම්බර් එක බැටරි එකේ සිරියල් නම්බර් එකට ගැලපෙනවද කියල.මේ වගේ හොර බඩු වල බොහෝ විට ඔය 2ක ගැලපෙන්නේ නැ .

I think that this is the issue in most of the goods in Sri Lanka. There is no room for genuine products as people will flock to cheap items. I did not know this but realized it when I bought the second laptop from UP. Now I know for sure that it was not an original. But before this I suspected and in fact warned others and indicated the differences of quality and other issues. But some said they do not have a problem with Up products, so where can we go

yes most of the people buy those kinda products just only suspect that this was not indeed a brand new or good qulity one . this is too late kind of situation as you know now. so let that one go.

then where can you go? in this article i was pointed the original dealers of the brands. so you can buy from them directly. also you don't have to trust them that's why i present "how to idenfitiy a good product" section on the article. keep in mind don't hurry when you buy a product. just spend atlest 2 or 3 Hours for it and check the product against all the facts you know.
