Its not a must(stdt Vsa) fr some univrsties mchn.sm of my frnds went without IELTS.there are some places who only applying sch universts.

Ah ela ela macho.. may be those are colleges. AFAIK you need a certain IELTS band score if you need to apply for a student visa for australia. that depends on the country you are currently in. May be for colleges you might not need. Anyways best of luck machan. but just check how the law is for dependent if you are going to join a school.
