Cannot agree with Toronto and Vancouver. Those cities are going downhill thanks to so called woke progressive policies (catch and bail policy for criminals, free/affordable drugs disguised as "safe dosages", homeless encampments, no strict law enforcement against blacks and visible minorities, unbearable rents and cost of living, etc,,)
