බැලු බැල්මට කියන්න බෑ තමයි. මොකද නඩු කාර තුමාට දිවැස් නැනේ.
පොලිසියෙන් තමා චෝදනාව දාල තියෙන්නේ . හැබැයි medical test එකක් කරන්නවත් කියල නෑ.
පොලිස් ඇපත් හම්බෙලා.

නතා විමුක්ති පෙරමුණේ පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්රී විජිත හේරත් අපරික්ෂාකාරී ලෙස රිය පදවා අනතුරක් වළක්වා නොගැනීමට වරදකරු කරමින් කොළඹ අතිරේක මහේස්ත්රාත් චන්දන කලංසූරිය මහතා රුපියල් 1500.00 ක රජයේ ගාස්තු ගෙවන ලෙස ඔහුට නියෝග කළේය.
බීමත්ව රිය පැදවූ බවට ඉදිරිපත් කළ තෙවැනි චෝදනාව බැලූ බැල්මට ඔප්පු කළ නොහැකි බව කී මහේස්ත්රාත් ඔහු එම චෝදනාවෙන් නිදහස් කළේය.
මන්ත්රී වරයා පරීක්ෂණයට ලක් කළ අතිරේක අධිකරණ වෛද්ය නිලධාරී කේ.කේ. ජූසාර් ඔහුගේ වාර්තාවේ සඳහන් කර ඇත්තේ ඔහුගේ කටින් මත්පැන් ගඳ වහනය වන බවයි. එහෙත් ඔහු මත් පැන් බී සිටියේ දැයි ඔහුගේ වාර්තාවේ සඳහන් නොවේ. සුමනරත්නට එරෙහිව බොරැල්ල ඕ.අයි.සී නඩු තීන්දුව අනූව සැකකරු ගේ කටින් මත්පැන් ගඳ වහනය වීම නිසාම ඔහු මත් පැන් බී සිටියේ යැයි චෝදනාවක් නැගීමට ප්රමාණවත් සාක්කි නැතැයි මහේස්ත්රාත් කීවේය.
හානියට පත් දුරකථන කණුව වෙනුවෙන් රුපියල් 17423.00 ක අලාභයක් ගෙවීමට ඔහු එකඟ විය.

I am not a jvp supporter or sympathizer.
But this kind of things are not unusual where at least 8 people die every day due to reckless driving.
There are two things - the vehicle was believed to be a govt one and it had damaged govt property.
the driver smelled liquor
So, the first thing is to get a breathalyzer test as soon as possible. But why was it not done? In lieu of that a medical examination could be done by JMO or HO at duty close to the police station.
The driver had called the police , so it is presumed that he was not fully drunk and was quite conscious of the happenings before and or after the incident.
It is only a proper breathalyzer test that can show his level of intoxication.
All forms of intoxication does not fall under the charge of 'driving under the influenze of liquor' . If the intoxication exceeded the permitted level it can be charged. So in the absence of such a test or a medical report it is correct to discharge him.
We cannot say for certain his level of intoxication exceeded permitted levels at that moment.
In lighter vein this is the so called lot who want to 'change' the society . In Unis and work places they preach all good things. So do they stand by this high morals that they preach. Answer is with you
Can such a lot (JVP) use a govt vehicle(I do not know this fact) in the night . Can it be given be driven by a person who had alcoholic drinks.
If this is a govt vehicle what was the official purpose 'jvp propaganda sec' was using this vehicle and from whose custody it was taken for what purpose.
All this will show that JVP is not second to other parties when it relate to abuse and corruption . Only difference is they never got their government, yet. So foolish people think that they are a different lot.
Even if this vehicle is a private one the way he has driven indicate high speed and negligence. If a person crossed the road and the vehicle turned to the side it should not break a concrete post completely unless driven by excessive speed. This indicate the total disregard of the other users of the road. The damage to the properties indicate the speed and he should have been charged for dangerous driving, too. If there was a pedestrian on the pavement would have got killed instantly. This is the example of our JVP MPs. Driving at excessive speed on a public road in the night after having consumed liquor.(smell of liquor comes from mouth unless he had taken a bath in liquor!)
Is it acceptable from so called 'exemplary' MPs from JVP
This applies to JHU , PHU and NFF too.
You can fool all the people for some time and some people all the time, but you will not be able to fool all the people for all the time.
Champika, Gammanpila, Wimal, Vijitha and the lot are far worse than the rest when it comes to corruption and abuse of power.
The moral of the story is do not rate them high , and do not vote and repent for what you have done. They are the best imposters that you could see and worst when it comes to the abuse of power and authority.

මත්පැන් ගඳ වහනය වූයේ තම කටින් යයි කිසි තැනක සඳහන් නොවූ බවද පැවසූ මන්ත්රිවරයා ස්වභාවිකව ශරීරයෙන් මත්පැන් ගඳ වහනය වීම, ලේ ගිළුනු අවස්තාවකද මත් පැන් ගන්ධය එන බවත්, බීමතින් සිටි අයෙක් ස්පර්ශ කලද එම ගඳ එන බවත් ඔහු කියා සිටියේය.
වැඩසටහනට පැමිණ සිටි එජාප නියෝජ්ය ඇමතිවරුන් දෙදෙනාද කොන්දේසි විරහිතව විජි හෙර්ත් මහතාගේ පාර්ශවය රකින්නට කරුණු දක්වද්දී සන්ධාන මන්ත්රී දිළුම් අමුණුගම අදාල නොවන අරක්කු කේස් ගැන අදහස් නොදක්වන්නට කටයුතු කලේය.
මුන් වගේ පචොරිස්ල ටිකක් ජීවිතේට දැක්කෙ නැ.ඇමති එස්.එම්. චන්ද්රසේන යතුරුදියක් යටකර පලායයි.. මව,පියා මරුට, කුඩා දියණියට බරපතලයි
