• Fixed Extra Duty Allowance: Converting the current extra duty payments into a fixed allowance to prevent administrative delays and "harassment."
  
  
  
• Research Allowance Resolution: Implementing previously agreed-upon solutions regarding research allowances for medical professionals.
  
  
  
• Addressing the Specialist Shortage: The GMOA has highlighted that over 2,500 specialists have left the country in the last two years and is demanding a concrete plan to stabilize the workforce.
