First of all note that Pregnant mothers seem to have a higher risk with the variants. The CDC recommends J&J and considers Pfizer, Moderna also to be safe. They also say use at your own risk, but also say in high risk situations better take the vaccine.
Israel did vaccinate all pregnant mothers and did not find any issues. They used mostly Pfizer.
In fact, Moderna, Pfizer, J&J and Sputnik has done animal studies and says their vaccines are embryo safe.
On a positive note, vaccinating the mother will protect the baby as the antibodies can cross the placenta during the second and the third trimester.
This is a proven fact and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 is detected in the cord blood at birth, confirming the transfer of maternal antibodies to the foetus via the placenta.
Many countries does NOT recommend Sinopharm for pregnant mothers, mainly because of the lack of published data by the Chinese vaccine makers. All these efficacy figures and fancy data come from other sources in the Middle East etc. -

China specifically said that you could get pregnant after the vaccine and there's no need to delay. The most recent note issued by the Chinese Health authorities can be found from the link below. (End of March 2021)
