Abject, abysmal batting performance from Sri Lanka. In international cricket, there is bound to be quality, there will be good swing bowling, but Sri Lanka have had no answers to that movement. Usman Khan took five wickets in his first 21 balls with late swing to finish another terrible Sri Lanka effort. He found lateral movement, coming back in to the left-hander, but to be honest, he had that in the last game too. Sri Lanka were not equipped to deal with it. And were made to pay, slumping to 103 all out in the 27th over.
Pakistan, though, were terrific again. Nothing to be taken away from that performance. It was special, their bowling accurate, the fielding good and they did what they had to, led by Usman's five-for.
