Agreed machan...Thisara Should bat little higher in the order. Bcoz he is someone who can make things happen. So we should give him the best possible opportunity. But I don't really understand what is chandiaml & thirimanna are doing in T20s. What is their role in the team?? Wasting balls & pressurizing the rest of the batmans & at the same time allow opposition bowlers to ball some cheap overs & keep their confidence going. No doubt Kusal is pure talent. But he needs to work on his game specially when it comes to facing high quality spin. As he having a weakness against spin at the moment I think he should open the innings along with Dilshan. It allows him to face fast-men more often which he more comfortable at. Mahela can bat @ 3. He is the best player of spin in Sri Lanka. He can work the ball very well in to gaps & can improvise when needed. Sanga can bat @ no 4. From no 5 onwards we should be flexible. We can have Thisara,Mathews,Kula & one more batsman with who can bowl a bit should have capability of clearing the fence. Then we could have Sachithra,Malinga. And there is one more spot left for a bowler. If we can have another good spin bowler that would be ideal. But in reality chandimal anyway plays bcoz he is captain. Another stupid decision from selection committee. They have given the captaincy to someone who is not good enough to deserve a spot in playing 11. Considering the type of batting display & team selection we saw in last game, Im afraid results gonna be the same as last game more often than not.. Mind you this is only what I feel...

First of all kushal played a mature innings .Sure he still have a weak spot for spinners but yesterday he picked his bowlers .He'll be a great batmen one day .And im agreed with you on the chandimal and thirimanna case,I really don't know what are they doing in a T20 side .Thiri nd chandi are ODI players,Both of em need some time to settle in the crease .Poor selections thats what i gotta say .Again we didnt saw any thisara yesterday .Mahela is a good player of spin but still i believe if we need best from mahela he should open the innings .Sad but the true story is Dilly gonna have to retire one day then only we can make mayya open
