I think my issue is me, kinda a PERFECTIONIST 
if i didn't get a word, i worry about it & easily get fed up

kick start journaling, writing down your thoughts, so on
get into reading (just go to library and grab something, but if you dont enjoy reading even sinhala books, you'll get burnt out)
> interact with native english speakers on reddit, discord, youtube, goodreads
fuck the grammar and spelling while doing so, they dont care
