Is that a SAKO Isun inverter? If you are in a hurry to get this done, I suppose the cost is ok. Otherwise I ordered SAKO Sunon Pro 5.5KW inverter from Offgrid DIY group for ~140K. Will take months to arrive though.. If you are not in a hurry, you can easily build a 3KW offgrid system with LiFePO4 cells for that price. Installation charges seems reasonable since they are ripping off from other equipment.

On side note, if the goal is to power the house during power cuts, I don't see the purpose of having solar panels.

this is the cheapest i found for low MOQ.

in SL basic models are selling for around 275k ne, so for the same price can import this i guess.

Really depends on what you use it for. If you're trying to have the system as a backup during a power cut, the batteries would be much smaller than needed for storing power to last a night. It's true the solar panels would be enough to support the power needs during day, but the majority. of demand is at night. You need more or bigger batteries to justify the solar panels, and batteries are a recurring cost. They don't last forever. If money is not a problem, that's great. As an investment, solar offgrid is probably among the worst. That said, the uncertainty in country changes things.. Issarahata grid eken charge karannath power nathi wenna puluwan. Overall, price is okay, given the situation. however please try to go for a batter battery pack if you can, like LiFePO4, you can manage with Lead acid for now, try to order LFP cells or prebuilt battery now and you can sell your lead acid when your LFP are ready.
Please check what are the accessories included, you must include AC SPD, DC SPD and a Changeover, and few breakers/fuses and isolators, lot of companies try to exclude those to cut cost, these are essential to protect your inverter from lighting surges coming from solar panels or the grid.
