මචං ඒ කතාව ඇත්ත. මමත් මේ සැරේ A/L කලා. ගිය සතියෙ chartered වල CAB-1 ත් ලිව්වා. ලොවෙත් නෑ.................

අපිට A/L Accounting වල තියෙන්නෙ මොනවද කියල හිතෙනවා ඒ Paper එක දැක්කම........

කොහොම හරි A/L තව සැරයක් ලියල හොදට පාස් වෙයන්...........ඒක තමයි අපිට අන්තිමට හම්බවෙන ලේසිම විභහගය..................Good Luck.......

CIMA A/L නැතුව කරන්න පුළුවන් foundation ඉදන් යන්න ඕනේ.

ආයි නම් ලොවෙත් A/L නම් කරන්නෙ නෑ
charted දැන් S 3 න් ගන්න හින්දා කරන්න හිතෙනවා
නමුත් දැන් law side එකෙන් හොද jobs කරන්න පුලුවන් law කරල CIMA Charted දාගත්තොත් තේරුමක් නැද්ද

The answer to your question is not simple malli.Some companies prefere PQ as their assistant(HR) level qualification while some companies consider CC as the main qualification.Because of this salary changes in a wider scale(check topjobs).But just to give you an idea i would say it would be somewhere between 15 - 25 k.

If you plan on studying HR dont just finish PQ. therre are lot of supportive courses that would help you to market yourself and get in to a good HR related job.
