I mean how about the car regardless of the owners. Fuel consumption and so on

It's good on fuel and super reliable if you take care of it, but I've seen cases where the CVT cooler mixed coolant with CVT fluid.

This can mess up the CVT's lifespan even after fixing it and once it's repaired and the fluids changed it's hard to tell if it happened so you got to be vigilant when checking out one of those.

Mine did 9-10 in city. Out 15+. No major issues except ac compressor and cvt. Most 2010s are hacked now.
It's a decent car but very average in every aspect unlike the hype we have.
    How about the comfort?

one of my favorite. but it's very hard to find a 2010 up lancer ex these days. most of the cars have ugly modifications also

Yeah but there's a high chance of finding a single owner Lancer than a single owner Corolla/Axio

There are good cars at homes where owners are hardly selling them. As mentioned finding a good Lancer, Mazda 3 is more likely than a popular Toyota. Since you have driven a 121, newer always better principal is not so applicable.

    - Grace, vesel, GP5 all have same dual clutch system. if ur afraid of that honda is not for you (habai oni taran gp5 use karanawa. no dual clutch problem. Issue is with your driving style not the car)
    - Aqua is more fuel economical than gp5
    - Honda is more comfortable and elegant
    - Honda parts are more expensive
    - aqua is a bit low so its not comfortable like gp5. so ground clearance honda better
