Bad reviews දීම

    My friend told me a story which happened to him recently. it sound unbelievable but he swore me as it true.anyway to make a long story shorten,He had made an advanced booking for his honeymoon to stay at ARALIYA HOTEL at Unawatuna which was opened a year ago with a big propaganda and some public outcry .He had checked in around 4 pm.then he had noticed the AC not working in his room.after making several complaints a guy look like a technician has come and fumbled with it and gone away saying it would be OK within 15 mins. As nothing happened even after his 15 mins he had complained again and then told him its OK now and checked. they had kept telling lies and excuses. later my friend has asked them to give him another room.nothing has happened for that also. They had been pretending as the AC was restored and fooling them. nothing had happened till 8.30 in the evening. he had lost his temper and really ashamed and frustrated so had asked them to pay back his money and left it.Could you imagine how he might felt at the time with his newly wedded wife on their first day of the honeymoon? How our people are insensitive to others. when he was leaving a worker there had told him the actual story, as there were no bookings nowadays The Central AC system has been kept shut down and they reluctant to Start it only for one room and also the main technician must come to restart it but he was not available.Could you believe this??? what a service you could expect from a so called 5 or 7 star hotel owned by a big Sinhala buisnessman in this country?????? nothing just tons of lies and lame excuses. He had Vowed to make a Google review of the place and warn others.

    ඔන්න ඕක නිසා තමයි මම කියන්නෙත් අනෙක් එවුන්ට හම්බුන සර්විස් එක ගැන හිතලාවත් කලින් දීපු රිවීවු ගැන හිතලාවත් bad reviews නොදී ඉන්න එක විහින් අපිටම වල කපා ගන්න වගේ වැඩක්
    කොරෝනා වලට කලින් ආපු එවුන්ට ඔය ප්‍රශ්නෙ නැතිව ඇති ඒක නිසා 5 ස්ටාර් රිවීවු ඇති, හැබැයි දැන් ඔය ප්‍රශ්නෙ තියන නිසා අනිවාර්යෙන් ඕක කියලා රිවීවු දෙන්න ඕන, එතකොට ඕකට ඔය විදියට හරි යන එකත් නොයා ඉන්නකොට උන් දැනගන්නවා සර්විස් එක හරියට දෙන්න
    දැං ඕකට රිවීවු නොදී හිටියම ඊලඟට රයිස් කඩේකින් කෑම පැකට් එකක් දීල කියයි දැං සෙනග අඩු නිසා කිචන් එක වහලා ඒක නිසා පිටින් රයිස් ගෙනත් ගෙස්ට්ලාට දෙනවා කියලා.

    මම නම් පොඩි පාඩුවක් උනාට bad reviews දාන්නේ නැ . හැබැයි ලොකු සීන් දැම්මොත් නම් නවකතාවක්ම ලියල තමයි නවතින්නේ. උබේ font color එක මාරු. මාත් ඉස්සුවා ඔන්න. :P

    This is what has happened two days later. He has put a bad review on Google reviews of the bad experience he had at Aaraliya Hotel the hotel and several hotel people had started calling him and apologizing of the incident and told him that several staff members were sacked regarding this incident for not handling the case in a professional way.He was also invited to have a online talk with the owner Mr Dudley Sirisena but he has kindly rejected it saying he doesnt want to drag on this issue. after several pleas, he has got removed his review from Google.
