Machan I had a same kind of a problem (Connection eka down yanawa)
But not the same error

and I'm 85% sure that this happens because of a worm (Oya daha jarawa thiyana site walin thamai wadiaya owa enne)

But If you have repair the XP again ,the problem may with your internet related hardware.

However format your hard without repairing the os and Try
