අහසින් පාත් වෙච්චි කොල්ලෙක්ද? පොට්ට නාකියෙක්.
ගෙයක් හදලා ලොකුකමට මේකේ දාලා. තමන්ගේ ලොකුකම,මහන්තත්තේ පෙන්නන්න.
ලංකාවේ තියෙන එකම ගේ මූ හදපු ගේ වගේ හරියට මේකේ දාලා තියෙන්නේ.
පුකෙනුත් හිනා ඉතින් මෙවුවට. අවුරුදු 50-60ක් ගියාද බන් මෙක හදන්න උඹට හම්බුකරලා. හරි කොල්ලෙක් නම් 35 වෙනකොට මේ වගේ ගෙයක් හදන්න ඕනේ. මෙවුවා ගිහින් පෙන්නපන් හම්බන්තොට උන්ට.​

අපිට නම් ගානක්වත් නෑ ඉතින්. වැඩක්මත් නෑ ඕවා. ​

the entire land is approx. 12.5 perches and the house built covering the full land.
there are 2 floors other than the ground floor and 1 room with attached bath with a extra washroom for visitors on the ground floor and 3 rooms with attached baths on the 1st floor. theres a roof deck on the top floor with a built in bar counter and BBQ grill and a small wash room. the entire house is overlooking the diyawanna oya behind waters edge.

Architect of course is a relation of mine and the house was built by reputed building company.

Cost wise about 20Mil at the moment, but will go to about 25 Mil when completed (without the land cost)
