කොහොමත් මේවට දැන් මිනිස්සු අඩු එකේ ඔය වගේ තැන් වලට ඇප්ලයි නොකර හිටියානම් හරි.

Construction field is a place which need to achieve targets in limited time frame. To get this target there are lot of barriers .Also different type of clients, different locations, weather changes, difficulties in the work area, labour issues,material issues and so many.
My friend the person who cant bare the pressure its better not to try this field.

Its the industry owners fault. they accept projects with unreasonable targets. clients expect fast construction for their profits. there should be a limit. Ive been in the industry for more than 10 years. Its unfair to expect that kind of commitment from anyone.
Due this terrible conditions its becoming hard to recruit people, and those who sign up, leave the jobs very soon. The worst part is, ability to work under pressure has become a requirement now.
Why would anybody work under pressure?? if the their employees are continuously under pressure owners must take action to ease the pressure. Instead the are trying to recruit people who can take pressure.

Totally agreed with you buddy, but other than the larger scale companies, health of the company is own by this habit of it. You know time is money.

that profits should be shared with the emplyees too. Like giving them a short paid vacation.
Whithout enrolling them to another stressful job rightaway. So the job will ne less stressful for them.
