One of my Friends bought a 3D Tv worth 140,000 from Abans. After 4 Months the panel looks pale and it was discloured.Tv looks very old after 4 Months.then he returned it because it was still under warranty.But they said they cant give a new TV and only they can repair it.my friend get annoyed after spending 140000/- what the hell they are going to do.Then He complains it to consumer authority.Then they called both party in a particular day and they order to abans authorities to give a new TV.Thats the story.They know their doing wrong things.but people afraid to take legal actions.But once consumers step to legal action they are like dogs...........BAlu una Abans.........So machan if you can also make a complain at least you will get something....

දම්රො එකත් එහෙම තමා.ගෙදරට එනව. ඉනොවෙක්ස් අපෙ ටිවි එක 2-3 පරක් උන්ට කියල හදා ගත්ත. මුල් කාලෙ පොඩි කචල් 2-3ක් ආව. උන් මේක වෙනුවට 32 එකක් දීල අරන් ගිහින් හදන් ආව. අන්තිම පාර නම් අපි පොඩි වලියක් දාගත්ත. උන් කීව අකුනු ගහල කෙල වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ 10ක් ඕනෙ කියල. පස්සෙ බැනල ලියුම් දීල ඇනයක් වෙලා හදා ගත්ත

ඔය අබාන්ස් එකේ එවුන් නම් කොහොමත් ජරා ජාතියක්. අපි උන්ගෙන් ගත්ත මයික්‍රොවෙව් එක කෙල උනා. හදන්න දුන්නම කොහොමහරි ඇතුලෙ බල්බ් එකත් කනාමැදිරි එකක් දාල දුන්නෙ

මම ගත්තා අබාන්ස් එකෙන් LG 43 එකක් 90 කට මාස කීපෙකට කලීන්. තාමනම් හොඳටම වැඩ. Made in Indonesia.
අවුරුදු 4ක් ( ඔව් 4ක් ) වොරන්ටි දුන්නා වැඩිපුර ගෙවන්න ඕන උනෙත් නෑ.
අවුලක් ගියාම තමයි ඉතින් බලන්න වෙන්නේ, මමනම් වොරන්ටි කේස් ලේසියෙන් අතාරින්නේ නෑ.
උඹටනම් කරන්න දෙයක් නෑ සහෝ, වොරන්ටි නැත්තම් පාරිභෝගික එකේ පැමිණිලි කරලා වැඩක් නෑ AFAIK.
මොකටත් පොඩ්ඩක් බලපන් වොරන්ටි කාර්ඩ් එකේ හරි LG සයිට් එකේ හරි prodcut support time frame එක මොකක්ද කියලා.

ගත්තෙ crown එකෙන්...brand එක OLAN...උන් දෙන්නෙ OLAN නෙ
ඔය tv එකෙ ගානෙන් බාගයකත් වඩා අඩුවෙන්...crown ලගේ customer care එක ගැන කියන්න මං දන්නෙ නෑ

මචන් ..ඔයාගේ TV මොඩල් එක නවත්තපු එකක්..එක නිසා පාර්ට්ස් නැති වෙන එක සාධාරණයි ..මොකද ඕකට විතරක්ම වෙනම පාර්ට් එකක් ගෙනාවොත් TV එකේ cost එකට වඩා යනවා ..මාස 3-4 ක් ඉන්න වෙනවා ...සාමාන්‍ය තැනකට දීලා බලන්න ..පොඩි ලෙඩක් නම් හදයි .නමුත් ඔය අලුත් TV වල panel එකම දාන එක තමයි හොද..මොකද පැනල් එක ගලවුවම අව්ල් එනවා

අබාන්ස් , සිංගර් , සොෆ්ලොගික් ඔය හැම එකකම වගකීම් කාලය ඇතුලත නම් ගොඩක් භාණ්ඩ වල repair එකක් අවොත් එක හදනවා .නමුත් වගකීම් කාලය අවසන් උනාම අවොත් කියන්නේ සම්පුර්ණ unit එකම දන්නා ඕනි කියලා ..එක එයාලගේ උපක්‍රමයක් ..එක මට කිව්වේ අබාන්ස් service එකේ ඉදලා අයින් වෙලා වෙනම වැඩ කරන washing machine repair කරන කෙනෙක්...

මෙතන ඉන්න ගොඩක් අය නොදැනුවත්කම නිසා හෝ වෙනත් භාණ්ඩ ගැන අත්දැකීම නිසා වෙන්න ඇති කියලා තියෙනවා ඉන්දියන් LG භාණ්ඩ තත්වයෙන් අඩුයි කියලා ...එක බොරුවක් මචන් ..කිසිම වෙනසක් නෑ .නමුත් product model වෙනස් ..ඒවගේ specification වෙනස්..
