they are blog sites with mostly our creations on them...and mine don't have google ads this is barely spamming. we aren't promoting anything.

you are promoting your site (blogs are sites too) on EK. That according to the rules here is considered as spamming.

links to your sites in signatures is allowed. Posting them messages is not.
Take it up with GTRZ. Its his rules.

however I think the reason is that links in signatures doest get picked up by bots (there's a mod to do that) so links in signatures is not a problem but links in posts do get picked up.
That maybe the reason.

Bad mouthing EK, blog content that violates EK terms, stuff like that are reason enough to make a rule like that.
Besides, the link can very well be used a redirector to a competing site.
