sure they are lying. today I went to Etisalat store in architect 2018 & they advertised the data connection as UNLIMITED internet. when I asked about the data cap (with some proof of 15gb data cap) they change the story & said that is only applied when the hotspot is on. lol

the thing is, it is hard to use 15Gb within a week using a mobile. so it feels like unlimited. (what I believe)
