ඔයාලා දන්න USD ,Euro වලින් transaction කරන්න පුලුවන් හොදම Bank App එක මොකක්ද?
සරලව කිවුවොත්,
Usd or euro deposit කරලා , usd or euro වලින්ම transaction කරන්න පුලුවන් banking App eka මොකක්ද ?

Not clear what you try to do. Possibly get a multi-currency prepaid Travel card from a bank and use that for transactions, several banks lets you hold up to 10 currencies. There are others who charge very less like XE for currency transfers, and also companies like ofx, but depends on where you reside.
