How the hell that can happen?
Ram does one thing, CPU does one thing and GPU does one thing, increasing RAM wont reduce the load to the CPU or GPU

You don't need more than 16GB RAM At all. 8GB is enough for todays games. 16GB is for future proofing. Anything more than that right now for gaming would be a pure waste of money.

ඒවාට හයි පර්ෆෝමන්ස් මදර්බෝර්ඩ් කියන්න බෑ මචන්.
Quantum Break ගේම් එකට රෙකමන්ඩ් කරන්නේ 16 ගිගාබයිට් රැම්.
ඔය වගේ ගේම් ලබන අවුරුද්දේ ගොඩක් එන්න තියනවා.
ඒ නිසා රැම් ගිගාබයිට් 16 වඩා තියාගත්තා කියලා පාඩුවක් වෙන්නේ නෑ.

Tell me one game that asks for more than 16gb RAM even as recommended specs right now? The most Ive seen is Batman Arkham Knight (12gb) and quantum break (16gb) which are somewhat shitty ports anyway. Filling up the RAM slots just because the motherboard has expansion room is just idiotic.

Besides youve advised him to add another 4 or 8gb stick to his existing 8x2 am i right? How would the dual channel config work then?

Also, having 32 or 64gb of Ram would absolutely not help you recover from other bottlenecks in the system as you have suggested. More than 16gb RAM at this point JUST FOR GAMING is a waste of money better spent elsewhere.

8GB is the go to nowadays. that's more than enough for 1080p gaming.
besides 24GB won't be a dual channel or a quad channel config. either go 8GB(4x2) or 16GB(8x2)

පිස්සුවක් තියේද බන් ram එක කොච්චර තිබ්බත් වැඩක් නැ game එකට use කරන ප්‍රමාණය විතරයි ඕනේ. 8GB හොදටම ඇති. එහෙනම් බන්. මන් කියන්නේ 1080P gaming. 4K නම් ඉතින් වැඩි RAM ඕනේ. එත වැඩක් නැ gtx 1080 එකෙත් GTA 5 4K <60 fps ඉතින් මදි
