Gmail ගිණුමට log වී Settings වෙත යන්න (දකුණු පැත්තේ කුඩා ගියර් icon ක්ලික් කිරීමෙන්)
All Settings
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

"Status: POP is enabled for all mail that has arrived since ......." එය ඔබගේ gmail account එක නිර්මාණය කල දිනයයි.
