You are lucky to survive this long. It happened to me a few months ago and I had the same frustration machan.
I called them and someone over the phone said it's a new regulation and existing users will be enforced to it.
They also said when I have lowered my transaction volume they can remove that but I'm not sure about that.
Don't take it serious machan Payoneer charges a 2.5% + maintenance fee + withdrawal delays. Anyways, if you are going to withdraw more than $1000, it's cheaper to pay $30 to oDesk and go for their own bank transfers.

What do you mean by 'withdrawal delays' in Payoneer? ATM withdrawal is supposed to be instant, right?

I have already ordered a Payoneer card. I'm going to use it from now on.

And, I don't withdraw that much of money at once ban. So local bank wire is not an option at the moment.

So this is an alternative for Payoneer Master Card? Instead of using the card, can we directly withdraw to local bank account so there are no maintenance fees as such? Sounds great!
