Help Me - Resign during probation period

H‍R department 1 වැඩ කරන කවුරු හරි ඉන්නවා නම් හරි, මේ වගේ අත්දෑකීමක් ලබපු කෙනෙක්ගෙන් හරි මට උදව්වක් ඕනේ.

මෙකයි කේස් එක. මම අලුතෙන් ජොයින් උනේ (3 months back) රජයේ ආයතනයකට. ප්‍රොබෙශන් තාම ඉන්නේ. Appointment letter එකේ මාස 3ක් කල් දෙන්න ඔනේ රිසයින් වෙනවා නම්.
මට එච්චර කල් දෙන්න බැහැ, මෙක‍ HR එකෙන් අහන්නත් බැහැ.
ප්‍රොබෙශන් නිසා මාස 3 ම ඉන්න ඕනේද?​

Thanks for the information. Issue ekakata tiyenne leave nathi eka. Thama probation period nisa inne.

No pay leaves yanna... No issue.. give ur last date as 3 months from now. Informally inform ur head that your last day of working is in this month. For the rest you are taking no pay. If there are no bonds signs, no one is cared to do anything since u are in ur probationary period.

No pay leaves yanna... No issue.. give ur last date as 3 months from now. Informally inform ur head that your last day of working is in this month. For the rest you are taking no pay. If there are no bonds signs, no one is cared to do anything since u are in ur probationary period.

No bounds, I agreed to their condition in the job offer letter. That's it.
