Three male student of SMU Bina Pesada, Okta (Harun), Ical (Tikoalu) and Rio Putra are notorious for being the playboys. One day they openly approach a transfer student, a beautiful girl named Marsya who just got back from France. However she does not give in easily as so they thought. Soon they start going to great length just to be with her.
This infuriates the boy’s girlfriend especially Viola, Okta’s lover and start bullying the new classmate but this does not bother the innocent Marsya one bit. What troubles her most is the mysterious female ghost who suddenly starts appearing in the ladies restroom.
What start as an occasional apparition turns to nights of terror engulfing the entire school? Does Marsya somehow have a connection the ghost? What is the hidden motive behind all these horror?

In Malayan culture, susuk or charm needles, are needles made of gold or other precious metals, which are inserted in the soft tissues of the body to act as talismans. In this movie, these needles are used for seduction of the opposite sex.
Asti (Andi Soraya) finally decides to install the implant (susuk) after she discovers that her husband Rako (Restu Sinaga) is having an affair with Donna (Angeliq). While looking for the implant, she is recommended by a shaman (Yana Zein) to look for the implant from a dead person. Donna used to be the shaman’s patient with the implant installed in her body and has been successful in attracting Rako.Not long after that, Donna is found dead after falling from her apartment located on the eighth floor, Asti asks her driver, Asmo (Andre Taulany) to search for Donna’s implant. Asmo, accompanied by his materialistic wife, Milah (Deswita Maharani) and his friend Zul (Yadi Sembako) in digging Donna’s grave. However, Donna’s body could not be found and has disappeared.
It has been reported that whoever still keeps the implant in the body will not be accepted in the world of the dead. Therefore, Donna is roaming around as pocong ghost and must find people who can remove the implant inside her body and seeks revenge against her killer. When Rako realized his past mistake, Asti’s life is in danger as she is threatened by Donna’s killer, Julie (Debby Ayu). Can they find Donna’s body and the implant and get back as happy couple?
