HP Color LaserJet Printer Problem

එත් සමහර වෙලාවට හොඳට Print වෙනවා නෙහ්..

අදට communication එකකින් හදිස්සි print outs ටික දාගනින්. පොල් ගෙඩියක් ලෙලි ගහන්න පට්ට profit එකක් අල්ලන නිසා ඕක මොකක් ද.

ඕක ගිහින් දීපන් HP agent ට හදන්න. අදම නම් හදලා දෙන්නෙ නැහැ. Printer එක තියලා එන්න වෙනවා. එහෙන් Job එකක් දාළා ඕක අරගෙන check කරලා බලලා, උඹට printer එක හදන්න කීයක් යනව ද, මොකක් ද issue එක කියලා විස්තර තියෙන estimate එකක් එවයි එතනට දෙන උඹේ Email එකට. Estimate එක Approve කියලා යවපන් ගාණ බලලා අවුලක් නැත්නම්. බාර දෙන දවසෙ එතනින් දෙන A4 කොළේ ආපහු Printer එක ගේන්න යනකොට අරගෙන යන්න ඕනි.

උඹට ඕක හදාගන්න ඕනි නම් නහයෙන් අඬන්නෙ නැතුව Toner ටිකට කෙළවගන්න ඕනි නැත්නම් Print out දාන එක නවත්නලා ඕක අරගෙන පලයන්.

What colour has the problem ?
How Old is your printer ? is it under warranty ?
If No
Are you using original Toners ? Where did you buy the toners

If you have recently bought the toners remove the toner that has issue and lift the black cover at the bottom and see if there is any mark on the roller inside

or toner may hv got spilled inside and that may cause this.
