I suggest you find out what you need to do, take a paper, and write down why you need a career change. If you are not satisfied with your current job but like marketing and management, check out what niches are the most promising paths, as Kolama said. If you don't like marketing and management, write down what you prefer, what your favorites are, and what you like to learn most. Then determine what you need to do. If you want to follow a career in IT, I suggest you do the CS50 Haward course, as Sanjeewa also said, then enroll in the BIT of UOM, UCSC, or BSE in OUSL. Reading for IT is the hardest if you start from scratch and has extremely high competition, but it is worth doing if you have passion. Good luck.
