IT early career change

IT related degree එකක් අරන් අවුරුද්දක් දෙකක් ඇතුලත career change එකක් කරන්න හොඳම විදිහ මොකක්ද? එහෙම කරපු අයගෙ අත්දැකීම් දැනගන්න කැමතියි.

මම කලිනුත් මේ ගැන ත්‍රේඩ් එකක් දැම්ම. පොඩ්ඩක් ආයෙ විස්තර ඇතුව දන්න අයගෙන් උපදෙසක් ගන්න දාන්නෙ.

IT වල වැඩ කරල තියෙන්නෙ intern කාලෙ විතරයි. මට IT වලට passion එකක් නෑ.
මම කැමතියි production/manufacturing පැත්තකට යන්න.
ඒත් හැම එකකම වගේ අදාල field එකේ qualifications/experience ඉල්ලනව.

වයසත් එක්ක ආයෙ degree එකක් කරන්න අමාරුයි මුල ඉඳන්.
මට තැනකින් පටන් අරන් ඉගෙනගෙන ඉක්මනට උඩට යන්න පුලුවන් දෙයක් හොයන්නෙ.
මට career progression එකක් තියෙන තැනකට යන්න පුලුවන්නන් වැඩ අල්ලගෙන කරන්න පුලුවන් කියල විශ්වාසයි.

හොඳම option එක මොකක්ද මට? AL වලින් ඉල්ලන ජොබ් එකකට අඩු පඩියට යන එක ද?
යන්න පුලුවන් වෙන ක්ෂේත්‍ර මොනවද?

කරන දෙයක් ඉක්මනට කරන්න ඕනෙ වයස නිසා.

Not 37 - 38 eh..? But you'll get there too, so it's important to straighten yourself while you can..

What are your skills/ talents..? Are you any good with customer service, numbers, driving, arts, playing a musical instrument, working with children etc.,.?

One Elakiriyan recently became a Speech Pathologist..

There are others who are into agriculture..

IT isn't the only way to make a living, you see..

Have you thought about becoming a Mason and working in Israel for some insane amount of money..?

I'm good with numbers but I don't have any born talents like singing.
I can't experiment by doing my own things due to the situation I'm in.
That's why I'm looking for a career path.
