They are not spam you receive them coz you have selected to receive them everyday. Change the setting from User CP of the control panel bro. You can select receive weekly or no mail etc..
Other than that each one of those mails has an unsubscribe link in the bottom. You can unsubscribe from only that thread or all the threads just by clicking one of those link in the mail.
If you want to subscribe but not to receive mails then you have to change the setting from UserCP.
